About Us Megan Leahy MSW, LCSW has over 20 years of an extensive and broad range of experience. Her experience includes; completing psychological assessments in police departments, schools and hospitals, working in the adolescent and adult inpatient units, screening and completing chemical dependency evaluations. Working with families and individuals whom have suffered a traumatic loss, various psychiatric disorders, and marital and individual therapy. Megan has extensive training working with children and adolescents with ADD, ADHD, behavioral problems, aspergers and autism. She began Leahy & Associates to do more, with the promise to help better the lives and give people the hope and gift of what life has to offer.
 Catherine Hendricks MSW, LCSW 
has been in the social service field for over 16 years. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from NIU. She attended grad school at Aurora University where she received her Master’s in Social Work. She has experience in many different areas including domestic violence, child welfare, substance abuse, school social work and community mental health. She has enjoyed working with individuals and families to overcome many issues, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, family conflict, and post-traumatic stress disorder, to name a few. She holds a certificate in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Susan Broderick MSW, LCSW
Susan Broderick, MSW, LCSW has been in the social service field for approximately 23 years. She received her B.S. in Criminal Justine Sciences and her Master's of Social Work with Type 73 certification from Aurora University. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families in the school, legal, community, and residential settings. Being employed as a Juvenile Probation Officer has given her an understanding of the juvenile legal system. In the residential and school setting, Susan has completed psychosocial assessments, provided individual, group, and family counseling, administered various behavioral standardized tests, and gained vast knowledge of the special education process. (IEPs).  She enjoys working with children and families to provide hope, overcome issues and improve their quality of life.
